Little Rocket Man - maybe a gift ?

Little Rocket Man, the always ultra tough open container got a month off to freshen up. Came back last week at Dayton and in the open - finished second by a nose.

Today, race 2, the race office let him classify into the Open 2 field going for $32k. And perhaps avoid the Open 1 for a week.

He deserves it! This horse always shows up on raceway. Without knowing the history between his connections it's hard to insinuate a special circumstances!  Perhaps he was going to sit out a week last season and the Race Secretary really needed him or something along those lines 🤔!  Definitely looks like a "payback of some sort to me!
