Yeh, because at least he's working, good point  tmbz1. Never was on the Ted Noffey trail with the exception of exotics usage with key horses, NS, Englishman, Boyd (all working out) and Incredibolt whom lost favor with me after than last bs, also of course all other 3 yo.

Last year it was Sovereignty and East Avenue, what a bust EA was. I believe I had hundreds of dollars in exacta boxes with the two, and equal win with big S.  Almost $1600 wagered in the six kyd pools in 2025.

$578 in total wager on the four KYD future pools so far, including the sire nonsense ($20).

Might need it to bail me out of this horror show of a year  ngc3

Makes sense. I read that he was working well down here and I have high hopes for him this weekend. If he's the horse we think he is, this field is going to make him prove it.

Carmouche was regular for #3 Talkin, and finished 2nd to Napoleon Solo despite breaking the maiden with him, and now KC and JR switched.  Heartbreaking for KC to miss out on a G1 win.  I like Talkin here for 2nd - 4th.

The #6 Chief Wallabee looks like an up and coming monster, obviously the #10 Solitude Dude is already one.

The rest sure, but Lasix and overpriced under performed.

Now back to our boy, #7 Napoleon Solo - his workouts are like a machine, one week after another.  In the Champagne 107 4/5, 120 4/5, when this horse (RATES) goes 110 / 111 6f on this 2 turner, I believe we're going to see 2 more sub 12 sec furlongs and then easing up at the wire.

Short distance to get to the top before the turn...if he breaks clean, it's over.  $200 to win on #7, #'s 3,6,10 with the exotics below him, and maybe an all in the 4th leg of the super.  I'll probably go $400 on the race, for me that's a lot.   ;D

I'm still not unconvinced that Napoleon Solo is not one of the best out there.  He looked like he needed to rate from the front, and this strategy yesterday just failed him. Broke clean, sheesh the horse went 6f in 107 and change last year, no need to take the horse into slow motion, just 109-110 and change.  In other words they put the horse to sleep, confused the shit out of the horse during the race.

That or a an unexpected health issue.

Otherwise this horsey did his best running as a 3 yo, however again based on what I saw that is what I feel the post race analysis is.  No matter what it's a fuck up! They knew too because the horse was in 4th place in the place pool, really weird.

For someone who set a goal to make $50,000 this year to make up for the $25,000 you lost last year you're not off to a very good start. 0/21 and counting! Maybe you and Ford should both resign!

Here's the very little good news  ngc3

If I stick to the $25k budget, with my current winnings I cannot lose $25k, so I improved on last year no matter what, either lost less or it's still not over and while not hail mary time the challenge got more difficult which is good - pushes the brain.

No one took me on the $1k challenge including you, but you never know, it's not over.

For the really bad news...I pealed through more than 2/3rds of the budget in 2 months.  I'm going to have to lower the avg. session amount.

Bet more precisely too, i.e. cold to colder numbers.

You don't want to eat your words - and I want to win, so, moving on... ;D
