Make that 7 out of 9

As a driver - purses are pretty good - until you half them cuz you’re racing for second money  ngc3

The way he is winning I wouldn't be suprised if he had an electrical device in boot on bike. On whip.  Idk how to explain what is going on.

Now if he wins with this 0-24 horse Noble can walk on water.  It's a garbage field but still c'mon.

Can he win Northfield's driving title for 2025? He must have 1,000 wins the four weeks he has been there.

In the last month Noble has won 10 races twice and 8 races twice.

That is absolutely insane.

  • dougie: IIB, I think the mayor will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The optics on this issue is bad for the horse carriage industry. Animal activists are adept to using the media to enlist horror and anger by the public.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: It's now a bill with city council. Public hearings will be scheduled then the council votes on it. If passed it's sent to the Mayor to sign into law. He has already said he's in. Marte just took over, Bob Holden is the actual author of the bill who retired last year.

  • dougie: IIB, I have been reading some of the work Councilman Marte has been doing on this issue. I think he might be successful with passing the 'Ryders Law" Bill this time around. The image of the horse dead on the street has even been seen here everywhere. If the animal activists can get this on the ballot, who knows how the vote will go.
