The accused murderer has hired top defense lawyer Alan Jackon. As smart and as savvy as they come. It's California. So he'll get 7 years in a mental health facility and probably get supervised release.

Maybe, maybe not. Don't be so sure. Alan Jackson also defended Harvey Weinstein. He's only serving 16 years. He also represented Karen Read, and allegedly he lied to the Judge, and violated a court order. Sure, when you are one of the best, you're a lightning rod. I get it. But, I don't automatically think this guy is walking on CI, ROI, etc. Like I always say, we will soon see.

Wonderful Hollywood character but his TDS ended his life early.

The Answer-another LOSER who doesn't understand there is NO SUCH THING AS TDS!

I get another 'punching bag' to mock and laugh at here!

MAGA Tourette Syndrome...

Triggered by a Trump uncomplimentary comment, where the MTS afflicted blurts TDS.

I think it's "apples and oranges" with the Weinstein case. To many cases on him. Jackson will use the heavy drug years mixed with mental illness to make the case for "not being in his right mind" when the murders occurred. He'll bring in family members who'll testify that the defendant was "unhinged" on many occasions and that his temper got the best of him. He'll do some years in a mental care facility, but wont be going to a tough California prison. He'll be a model inmate where he's sent and will be quietly released one day not in the long future.

I think Nick sadly commits suicide.

Corrections staff find him with 200 knife stabs in the back.

His head decapitated.

All his teeth knocked out.

And his frank and beans in his mouth.

He finally found what he's good out a 100% suicide that looks like a gang killing!   ngc3

LOL! It's an interesting prediction. They'll watch him better than they did Epstein. LOL! But there's to much money to be made. A book deal. Maybe a movie. All the friends his dad knew will take the stand and talk about all his mental issues. Conan O'Brien, Billy Crystal, and that crowd, despite his heinous crime will make sure he'll never be in a real prison. You can be sure he won't do any time in Pelican Bay. Just a cushy facility for mentally ill people. Rich ones.

Something’s rotten here , Alan Jackson costs hundreds of thousands if not millions.  This kid is a bust out junkie , who’s paying the high priced lawyer ?

Are you slow witted?

How the fuck do you know how much money he has?

A trust?

His family is worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

Is your family worth 8 fucking cents?  ngc3

His grandfather Carl was worth $70 mil, parents over $200m...

Even if convicted under the CA Slayer Statue he'd get ZERO if he was in the will, the lawyer will make his money back from media....

3 days you make a post it's diarrhea, try reading a book once in a while, a newspaper article and make believe you have a brain - fake it! ngc3

Hey moron he was homeless, how much money could he have.  He was living off his parents, no job no money.   Does the trigger man spend his whole life being a moron or just 99 % of it

He wasn't homeless at the time he was living in their Brentwood Estate, moved back in shortly before.

Regardless, the lawyer doesn't need to get paid a cent because it is a high profile case, and I'm sure he can access loads of money too.

But you keep being you.

A very very dim bulb that struggles to read  ngc3

  • MTP1972: The year I hit that ticket for $5500 which they took out 31% at the window my income was very low that year so I did get back all of it as a refund.

  • MTP1972: I never had enough deductions to itemize so even if I was able to claim my losses it only would have been a small percentage. Thankfully the IRS finally changed the law regarding taxable tickets.

  • MTP1972: One year a long time ago I cashed IRS tickets for some people totaling around $40,000 making around $4000 doing so. I picked up thousands and thousands in losing tickets, kept programs and a daily log of how I did. When I filed my tax return that year and claimed them as losses I was audited by some old fart who didn't know shit. At the end of the audit he said I showed enough proof I lost the money back and he'd submit it in his report. 6 months later I get a notice from IRS saying my proof wasn't good enough and included a tax bill of $12,000, which I never paid because after 10 years they forgave it. Unforunately my state piggybacked on it and sent me a tax biil for $3200 which I disputed and they kept adding on interest and late fees. Finally 2 years later my bill was up to $8000 and they sent a wage attachment to my employer si I got fucked big time.

  • MTP1972: Back at Garden State Harness I hit an $11,000 trifecta for a $1 on a horse, Speedy Wright, driven by Mark Kesmodel paid $11 to win. The exacta paid $60 but a real bomb finished 3rd. Unforunately at that time if your winnings were over $5000 they automatically took out 28% + another 3% for NJ State Tax leaving me with only $3800 from a $5500 ticket.

  • Trigger: On 9/14/91 Yonkers Race 6 I bet a pick 4, put $80 in.  I used like 6 in the first leg, like a perceived dummy as 1/5 shot won.  I hit it and it paid @$9k.  The storyis in the trivia thread here.  Not my biggest score ever, but craziest for sure.
