If you read a little earlier in the conversation...To ny Morgan paid for the attorney.....the DELAWARE SEVEN all used the same attorney

It is why the cheaters keep cheating. The penalties are not severe and in many cases swept under the rug. Anyone remember Glaucine in NY and Gabapentin in Ohio? Both of those scandals resulted in nothing. Cheating equals winning and money. Why stop if nothing happens when you get caught?
