I was looking into the justifiable homicide laws in NYS.

Trying to apply them to these wrong doers.

If for example a horse owner was suspicious that their animal was being abused, and they signed off on a 3rd party having superseding authority to investigate and enforce to stop, that 3rd party witnessed and try to stop it, I believe they can use up to deadly force if necessary.

It's really not hard to read into where my thoughts are.
