Looks like the shutdown is ending.
« on: November 09, 2025, 07:53:07 PM »
CNN has announced a group of Democratic senators including Maine's Angus King has worked out a deal to reopen the government. Dems did not get the extension of the ACA (Obamacare) subsides. Only a promise that a December vote on the issue was guaranteed. The Dems did win on some important issues Funding the government through January. SNAP and food stamps will be reinstated and funded immediately. As well as a large portion of government employees who were fired would get their jobs back. Vote might happen in the middle of the night tonight!

No one is imploding. Dems watched Trump get booed out of the stadium in Washington today. It's only time until old Orange Face tips over. Retardlicans are panicking and agreed to fund SNAP payments. They see where the public is going and it isn't to the right.
