Yannick's year is tied to his business. Period. He's 46, but it's not the age, but the body that bears that burden. Very different driving 1500 horses a year vs. 4000 (year after year). His primary, first-call clients have a sub-par year, so does he. You can make up for some of that driving for others, but it ain't so easy. LOL. I've long thought YG's business, results, status, etc., were somewhat contingent on one or two trainers.Every driver is hired for around a minute and 50 or so seconds. That's it. It's their job to get re-hired, LOL.
I wasn't speaking to his income, but yes, I know he goes partners on horses.
