Unusual Pattern in Closing Odds Possibly Detected
« on: October 14, 2025, 04:00:44 PM »
As I refer to Mohawk aka MST (Mohawk Sucker Track), I wagered on the first 6 races yesterday there, and that was some of the strangest odds I've seen in quite sometime there or anywhere in races 1,2,3,5.  possibly I'm seeing in other places like Fort Erie race 3 today too.

Horse's that should be 1/9 or 1/5 going off at 1st choice - 2nd choice, but much higher odds and some shitty ass looking horses taking money...

10/14/25 MST

Race 1 - #4 should of been 1/9-1/5 paid $6.80 to win
Race 2 - #1 took no money, short field won easily
Race 3 - #7 went off 3/5 or 4/5 but ended up 1/5 because of the second choice 6 being a refund and just before that a late scratch but still.

Race 4 - #7 $2.80 within reason
Race 5 - #4 paid $3.70 4/5 or so, should of been 1/9, the #6 was a 12-1 ml bet hard to even money, had trouble, finished 3rd, ended up dqd

I won all 5 of these races with singles or no more than 3 and all multi leg including the tiny p5, but the odds were whacked out.

Fort Erie race 3 today, 5 horse field, 8/5 fav wins, 5/2 3rd choice 2nd, and these payouts which are huge considering...

$1 EXACTA    5/2    $7.70
$0.20 TRIFECTA    5/2/4    $12.75
$0.20 SUPERFECTA    5/2/4/3    $22.43
$1 DOUBLE    4/5    $16.30
$0.20 PICK THREE    2,4/4/5    $6.54

Maybe there is a virus, malfunctioning in the CAW and or something anomalous is happening.

(Mohawk Sucker Track),

But there you are betting on it. The definition of a degenerate gambler with no life.

Some small group of Somebodies is making money betting.

Maybe Trigger is Somebody.

In any event, he'd probably agree with you.
