Maybe you just need a temporary shot in the arm to take some stress of the police and let them do the most important policing. 
And if it works, fantastic.    Certainly the numbers speak for themselves. 
It will be very interesting to see numbers from Louisiana where the Governor requested help and isn't pushing back against the support.

1) If Trump is proven to have molested under age children, I would expect him to step down as President.   
2)  I don't think a President should have the right to pardon any convicted criminal.  This isn't a Trump issue.
