Agree that the sire had some wicked speed and is not as well remembered as he should be.  He was a top younger horse (2nd in Meadowlands Pace, and winner of others) and then raced FFA for 4 or so years after that.  Could rip 25 and change quarters till he was 6 or so.

Who cares about records...you only have to beat who is in the race. Harness has it backwards.
