Years ago I saw Lou Pena would be having a beer. It was at the Meadowlands. The big bar inside of the track apron. It was before Gural took over. Someone I was with said Lou is a nice guy. He went up to him and talked. Pena offered him a beer. That doesn't change anything. If you are cheating it hurts the other owners, bettors, and ruins the game. Being a nice guy does not excuse juicing. The game is a joke and continues to celebrate the bad actors.
Lou is a nice guy I have no idea the correlation between being a nice person and pre-racing.
Isnt baseball, basketball, football, track, soccer, boxing, cycling, politics and business a joke too?
You are a sucker if you think someone is a nice guy...who is stealing from you. That is my point. You left off Pacer 2
How can he be a great guy if he uses underhanded tactics in regard to pre-racing horses, you can't have it both ways.
