By pre racing you're admitting first he puts the horses at risk by injecting whatever garbage in their veins. Using an illegal advantage to steal from others and defraud the bettors. But, he's a great guy!!!

if you ever have met him, you would think the same thing he’s a nice guy. I’m sure there’s people you have met Mike that have pre-race  horses that are very likable. I guess you’ve never pre-raced or had a veterinarian pre-race your horses.
