I couldn't  believe  when I  read the the letter that Eric Cherry  wrote for Fishman.Doesnt look good ...Doing  business  with Surick and writing  a  love letter for Fishman.  It all makes sense....BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER.

Not a shock that Eric Cherry wrote a favorable letter for Dr. Fishman. Being duplicitous, doing business with, allowing Surick to conduct business, all of it, simply shows who Eric Cherry is. What he says and what he does could not be more opposite. More big owners, people who have integrity, people who have stature in the sport and business, should make a proclamation that they will never do business with Eric Cherry.

So what consequences did Cherry face?

A grand total of a fine of 10k at the most. Maybe, paid to whom?

He is still wheeling and dealing in horseflesh is he not?

Everyone in harness racing seems to have the proverbial "pictures" on everyone else so nobody says anything, and the beat goes on.

I always  thought  that  on line auction was somewhat  misleading. I  think he was selling so many for the David and  Jeffrey Brooks brothers. There doesn't seem to be  a record of all the horses from their past sales. Maybe it's a good way to hide the money or the paper. Doesn't  look to transparent  for a public site.
