those California bettors always bet their horse-what a bunch of homers

no way in hell should Journalism go off 2/5 vs an accomplished older horse

Fierceness was a half hour the better horse

Smart money went on Fierceness, rail, faster California

Journalism will always be a great horse, not better than Sovereignty but way better than the rest of the 3 yos, and one of the best around.

Was an ambitious risky move for money, breeding standing, HOTY, and it failed.

That's gambling!   ;D

as you said earlier--they didn't want to ship

so they played it safe and avoided The Travers and stayed home

he had no shot at 3yo title or HOY title--received a perfect trip off a fast pace--was getting weight(which means nothing ) and his main opponent almost ran through the fence and chased the hot pace-and still was soundly beaten

just cant believe they loved Journalism that much

I hope you guys did well today. Trigger I want to hear  the final tally. I cannot believe Journalism went off as low as he did either. I failed miserably today... but no worries. I've withdrawn 5 grand from my adw into my checking account from the last few weeks winnings.. safely stashed away...and tomorrow is "Handicapping while Hungover" Sunday. Gonna go for 4 straight Sunday's of profits in a row. The website has been so bad today.. I love when the screen just turns black ngc3

gotta break your balls here.....

1) the rail didn't help Fierceness-he almost ran through it

2) Journalism will not be known as a great horse-he will be known for the horse who couldn't beat Sovereignty

3) it wasn't for the money-The Pennsylvania Derby has a higher purse than The Pacific Classic does

4) Journalism had no shot at HOY even if he would have won by 25 lengths

as I said...just breaking your ballz ;D

We've seen some terrible crops of 3 yos, just awful.

For you to talk that way about Journalism, maybe you need a refresher montage of his races.

He's 3 yo and tries very hard every fucking time.

But they are 1 and 2 and who the fuck is three, who the fuck cares, there is really none.

Was a great year of 3 yo racing, show some appreciation and gratitude for that at least.  ngc3

Ok Papi, to you he is not.

2025
Starts    Firsts    Seconds    Thirds    Earnings
7    4    3    0    $3,840,000
Career Statistics*
Starts    Firsts    Seconds    Thirds    Earnings
10    6    3    1    $3,998,880

9 / 10 races, his last 9 races were triple digit speed figures.

I hope he races at 4 yo too.

Curlin his sire never raced at 2 and only became bigger and better after 3 too.  Let's see what happens.

"(Journalism) Not a great horse" - Papi  ngc3

You'll really regret ever saying such a foolish thing, because you've now cornered yourself to never tout a horse as good or even not as good as Journalism!  Checkmate!   ;D
