Why did you keep mentioning Howard Taylor defended Nick Surick. What law do you think he broke , in this country aren’t criminals entitled to be represented by lawyers.
I didn’t say you said he broke the law but it seems like you’re trying to defame him by mentioning it. Obviously Nick Surick is a bad guy but even O J Simpson and Sean Combs had a right to counsel. You make a lot of good points but it seems like you have some kind of vendetta against Howard Taylor , you manipulate things the way you want them to be . You understand that after a thorough investigation he wasn’t charged with any crimes , so who do you think knows all the facts better you or the FBI.

You keep insisting that he’s guilty , please tell me where he has been found guilty of anything. Just because you’re interpreting those invoices the way you want to doesn’t mean anybody is guilty of anything. Like I said you make some valid points about Harness Racing but you’re not on the board of any racing commission, you’re not a district attorney, and you’re not a member of law enforcement.
Your invoices are obviously correct Mike but please tell me how Howard Taylor would be responsible for things that his trainer ordered and his trainer received. As we know a lot of these trainers are doing business week to week and month to month because outside of the big shots most trainers are just scraping bye. Therefore the Vet’s are billing the owners direct because the trainers have no money to pay them on time. That’s the long and short of it Mike , you and me can agree to disagree.
