Merriman paid 2 fines with checks that both bounced and is fined $50 for each one.

He is a great driver, terrific horseman, very good friend and doesn't write his own checks.  4 out of 5 ain't bad!

I have heard him say that before, he doesn't write his own checks or open his own mail.
Can you comment on whether or not the deal he had for the OVI has come to fruition? Thank You Sam.

Maybe if he didn’t need to spend so much on attorney he could hire a better accountant

He also doesn’t make enough money not to write his own checks - that’s a lack of self awareness and stupidity.  There are levels to this and you are still a lower rung

Doesn’t matter if he writes them, he couldn’t cover them.  Maybe someone else should’ve driven his car that night!   ngc3 way to continue to support a true pillar of the community!   ngc3

His trial was postponed from June 2 to June 30 because his attorney had a doctors appointment. Contrary to what is being said he is NOT off the hook
