Mike! Congratulations you’ve become totally irrelevant.

Not many people taking your side EXCEPT you other user names. Pathetic! Are you AFRAID to tell us who you are?

Gaagoots whomever you are can feel free to contact me directly either through horseplop or my email which is Daveyarock@gmail.com.  Firstly I donated $1000 directly to Birch Creek Farm for the care of the rescued horses.  No momey ever went through the hands of Mike.
Secondly that has nothing to do at all with the premise of my topic. We need to put this petty personal bullshit behind us and collectively come up with a game plan to save the industry.  I would recommend a panel be set up to discuss strategy including the appointment if a commissioner

He + Pacer 2 + Zoomer [possibly one and the same] don't want anything done. They are among the
perpetrators or said perpetrators are their bread + butter. It's obvious.

And there you have it, right from the "horses" mouth. Dave actually called me from the farm that Saturday morning to tell me since the actual owner of those seven horses "some are STILL there btw" couldn't contribute a penny so Dave helped Judy. Also, only one person ever said the horses were in good condition and just muddy, that was Alborano himself. And those people Gaagoots mentions? Those were the women who attacked me for posting the horses were taken in by Judy and FTLOS, that they should donate through their website which I posted on my FB group. Was never my problem, was never Dave's problem. Incredibly the two people who did the most to get those animals safe took the most grief. Moving along.....think these people are desperate???!?!?!!  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

This is what a horse that earned nearly 3 million looked like that day...under the hair was BONES.

Dave question: Frank Petrelli wrote this about his brother Mike. I’d like some clarification.

Listen, Mutt. The donations went through YOUR CashApp and then you skimmed $1,000 off the top before you sent it to their Venmo. REMEMBER!!? the Yarrock donation? That was the only donation Tammy received before returning HALF back of which YOU stole $1,000. Last week, Debbie Huebsch told Heather that you even tried to steal your mother's Covid check on her death bed and when she refused to give it to her MUTT son, you stormed out. Nice way to treat your mother , Asshole. Debbie Huebsch told us all what we needed to know to file our report and Debbie has been speaking to Steve Bokman's lawyer to finally put you away. Tick Tock mother f*cker.

Seems like old SCM hiding money in his personal cashapp account is stolen from several donations he received under the guise of ''rescue''. Judy has proof asshole

The funny part is that Petrelli got all you guys bamboozled- The horse never needed any help and had no neglect issues- Petrelli concocted a fucked up lie to scam you all out of donations and then got caught by the 501c3 when the horses arrived in perfect condition

hence the reason Yarock donated $2000 for nothing and Petrelli tried to steal it in his whatsapp account once Yarock wanted it back.

Dave, I wanted your input on this thank you

Dave, this is very suspicious I would rather contact you and speak to you directly... That's fine I will have a friend reach out to you to verify.  You have to understand I don't believe a word this SCM says he's got so many usernames perhaps you're one of them. We could always speak on Google phone if you're worried about privacy. Contacting you with the email address or through horseplop sounds very suspicious I'm sure you understand. I'll have a mutual friend reach out to you.

Dave you’re right the best way to fix the problem is to hire a commissioner and I would suggest it be from outside of harness racing. To start another organization would be futile. The members need to take over the USTA and kick existing leadership out. Change the rules and make it the end all
governing body of the sport with commissioner that has final say. It’s a pipe
dream though because of the huge egos in the game.

The Answer
I don’t know the mechanics of of how a commissioner could be created and would appreciate any input on this idea.
As for Gaagoots I never do anything anonymously and welcome a call from a mutual friend.

I haven’t read the USTA rules but somehow the members need to takeout the existing leadership and put new leadership in that was willing to hire a commissioner. Obviously a big task to take on.

Again you hide behind a fake username. You are afraid to identify yourself because you are one of the cheaters.

It is the answer but it is impossible.  Harness racing is not like the other sports. Racing is too intertwined with government.
