Bye Bye mos Tariffs.

US Federal Trade Court puts permanent injunction on Trump's Tariffs to China, Mexico. Canada and most other places. He cited the wrong law, and he has no right to put them on. It is Congress. 3 Manhattan judges, including one appointed by Trump himself, ruled against him.  Only the Supreme Court can save that

There are still tariffs on Auto's Auto parts and Steel, which are allowed as he used a different law or clause or whatever to impose those.

They need to come off as well

No more manipulating the stock market or fuckng Americans who pay the tariffs.

LOL, Federal Appeals Court grants Trump a stay on the illegal tariffs on the condition that Trump's DOJ had to state on page 25 of the decision that if the Tariffs are deemed to be illegal violating the constitution then those harmed by the tariffs will be reimbursed in full with interest if after arguments in June before the court fail and the court shitcans the Trump tariffs.  This is the reason why the courts granted him a stay and that is they would only grant a stay if there is no perment harm to the people being harmed by the tariffs.

With a little reasoning and foresight, you can see the big picture of what Trump is attempting by many of his moves, if you look at them separately you get the wrong conclusion.
Trumps ultimate goal is to reshore American manufacturing and security. One of the main reasons we triumphed in ww2 is that we had a strong manufacturing base, we made everything.
Just a few short years ago we were between a rock and a hard place to get simple items during the covid pandemic.
Today our country can be crippled in an emergency by our adversaries. Most of our prescription drugs are made in China, and many other critical items.
Tariffs, lower startup tax rates for manufacturing, and other moves are meant to work in concert not only to create an even playing field in trading but also make America an attractive place to manufacture.

I think the Supreme court may ultimately rule on this so expect appeals ahead if Trump fails in the lower courts.
