Their supportive positions and mostly out of harms way. So in the situation you describin,never happened back in day. EVERYONE had each others back. And I might also add. Too get out totally,some got into RESERVES and NATIONAL GUARD. None of these were ever gonna see VIET. So lets go to TATOO. He younger,but he brags about his SERVICE. HE NATIONAL GUARD. I grew up a CATHOLIC,but after missin 6AM mass as a ALTER BOY and me workin as a custodian at the church 50 hours a week at $1.25 a hour<I shoed up for work after school.FR.AMBRE JR. a WORLD WAR II VET chaplian who had one of his knees blown out in a gun barrage and could not genuflect say's to me. I'M 15. He say's to me: Were where you this mornin. I said I overslept. Then the fuc goes and graps me T-shirt,twistin it and shoves me up against the wall. He goes,you won't ever miss again. JOHN FRANK goes: YOU GOT to the count of 3 to get your fuckin hands off me. I counted 1 and then floored the FUC with my left hook. I stood over him like CASSIUS over SONNY. Told the FUC: GET UP,because if you do,your goin down again. And that was the end of me $1.25 a hour job and my end with the catholic religion. Went to KROGER and got hired at start for $1.95 a hour. AS far as is their a GOD. I'm a little sceintific as that comes along with more education one attains.

Got to say one more thin BOBBY. NO TAX on TIPS. Great idea by BALLOON.
In all me years attendin ARLINGTON and TRACKSIDE and other OTB'S over the years,I doubt anyone ever reported the TIPS they made. And I know tey worked for $3.75 a hour. Thank you LEVY BROTHERS. But as you know,upstaires bar at trackside was loaded with bettors,drinkers, and those who had money. And we all bought for everyone and tipped gratiously. Except,one of course. Forgot the name of the cook who would come over frequently when concession was slow and yell "BILLY'S BUYIN". LOL.
I remember one time myself. I had a scratch off ticket. I scratch off 20 matches. I goin,I just won 5 million a year for life. Everyone comin and congradulatin me. I tells ADOLPHO,ALL drinks from this point on,are on me. Just run it on my tab. When all said and done the uckin thin with his $100.00 tip came to $625.00. Who cares. I'M a RICH MAN. I goes home and I got voice mails on everyone congradulatin me. I decides to scratch off the winners, and de-scovers that each is woth $2.00 apiece,for a total of $40.00 dollars.
