Bitter Truth.....I heard that same story. Ohio State Rep. Warren Davidson introduced the "Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) Research act of 2025. It actually aims to study this "phenomenon" which refers to the strong negative reactions to Donald Trump. There will be noted leaders in the field of Psychology and mental health experts who plan to testify about it. It is expected to pass the state legislature and be signed by Gov. Mike DeWine. I expect that many other GOP led states will follow suit in the months to come. I'm certainly not sure what the legislation will do to address the issues. It will be interesting if it does become a mental illness like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Will it be a real illness? Will insurance companies insure treatment? And what will that treatment entail? What a strange world we live in.

Rainman, it's actually not my opinion. People dislike/hate Trump. I couldn't care less who loves him and hates him. He was duly elected as our 47th President and one side likes it and the other side doesn't. What is happening in Ohio and soon in other states is a reality. To you it might be a waste of time. But it's the voters in those states who will decide if TDS actually exists. Everyday laws are passed I agree/disagree with. But in the end it's the will of the voters that tell the story.

FYI, look at ALL the names Trump and the “clan” called Biden and others!!  Sleepy Joe’, “Brandon, et al!  When the “clan” does this, it is deemed as acceptable!!  When the left-wing does this, the ‘whining’ and “crying” begins!!  Sorry you can have a double standard on this. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. It only shows hypocrisy at its very best!  This is what it is today. Please accept this!!

I hope they admit rainman into the study, because hes got TDS really really bad. So bad they might not release him when the study's done. Wow, coocoo, coocoo

Foelin at 4.....no matter what any person says about whether TDS is real or not won't matter. Once this "condition" is codified into state law, it is a realty. And our opinion will be just that.....an opinion. I expect it to pass slowly through the 28 State legislatures controlled by the GOP. By Ohio "testing the waters" of voter sentiment in GOP controlled states. It's actually a interesting "political" move on the GOP side.
