Illegal immigrants even if you don’t like it have due process constitutional rights. Take a civics lesson of get your GED. You don’t like it change the constitution not have a king do it for you. Besides if people getting deported without due process you have no idea if they are here illegally or not. And lets be honest many are more innocent then Per.

Obama the Messiah for the Democrats deported 2.5 MILLION illegal immigrants!! Many were deported without what the libtards call “due process” without a peep from the libtards then.

The NJRC which operates under the oversight of the NJ Attorney General already gave him his rightful due process and lost. You're correct, this is America and entitles people like you to walk around freely and STUPID.
You obviously have no clue about the laws. Yes the positive test held up. But now he can appeal the penalty, especially since it is not what was recommended by the appeals court

Another appeal would be everything that is wrong with the sport. The cheats keep cheating while tying up their positives. Burke is famous for this. Holloway did it for years too. No honest trainer wins at Per's percentage. Yonkers is a cesspool which he rules.

What does the leading trainer at Yonkers and Illinois governors have in common? They end up or should be in jail.

Well said all true no integrity for the sport he’s on the US trotting Association for a suspension, but yet he’s racing a different tracks at least I saw at oak grove n yonkers anyway, when you’re a big gun and you have a lot of horses with good owners and a lot of money and they need you and your horses sometimes they sweep this shit under the rug and they don’t care who you are but if you’re a little guy, you’re as dead as a Dead Bug🪲 it’s amazing the stuff that just keeps going on. It’s a shame, specially for horses. They are the true victims.🐴🥹

Appeals court???? What court would that be? He had an NJRC committee hearing last month and lost his appeal. If he were to take this outside the commission where he would have to file suit in the court of law and ask for an injunction.

Well it’s been awhile since anyone commented further about Per Eng. So let’s just all stand up and cheer all the powers that be. Engblom is still racing in NY, PA and KY. After all his positives he still is allowed to enter his horses. Unbelievable

Here’s the case study:
https://www.nj.gov/oag/racing/decisions/rc-2025_Per_Engblom-Final-Decision.pdf

I just finished reading this document. All I can conclude is that the license of star defense witness, Dr Fager, should have his license revoked. The defense of Engblom is total BS and the defense used nothing but smoke and mirrors defending their case. The proof is in the pudding. Tracks have been closing all over the USA and Canada. And the remaining tracks that continue to operate are devoid of bettors on site. Allowing these cheating trainers to continue to abuse their horses and cheat the public will lead to the sports extinction.
