KENTUCKY JUDGES GAVE THIS GUY THE "GET OUT OF TOWN " TREATMENT. IN THE SUSPENSION ARTICLE IT SAID HE IS AN UNDESIRABLE.  JUST WONDERING HOW ACCURATE THEY ARE IN SAYING THAT ;D

Why doesn't he race in Illinois, this state is in such financial ruin the only thing Illinois can test for is caffeine, baking soda and candy bars.
