People are arrested fore selling drugs on the street and they are back on the street selling drugs the next day. This is America. It is not Merriman fault, he just needs a social worker.

Just read via the USTA fines and suspensions list that Bates is on the "no trespass list" at Oak Grove. Until he is removed from this list he can't apply for a new license until he is removed from that list. Indiana has a reciprocity rule, thus the suspension there. It is listed as "conduct detrimental to the best interest of horse racing"
