The "no news" is some are calling Tim Carey "the bird brain of Laramie Ave" because he had a solid offer and got cold feet and for now has backed off. Caesars gave him a good offer but he told people the family rejected it when the family sez it was all Tim and they felt like he lied to them.
Deal sits in limbo for now but Caesars will move on if there's a longer delay.
