Parx - Eighth race today

Does anybody know what happened at Parx today in the eighth race?  There is just a refund of all wagers but no reason for it anywhere.

Seven horse field, quickly became as one dropped up quickly, Announcer said sirens were going
and said that horse was loose. He was NEVER in the race. Surprised it called a no contest. Lights were
flashing before the field hit the top of the stretch.

Horse dumped Jackie Davis right after the start of 6 furlong, turned and ran the opposite direction into the stretch. Was actually running right towards the field in the stretch.
