At Cumberland in Maine, if there's 100 fans, it's a "Monster Day". LOL! Harness racing is in pretty rough shape in the Pine Tree State.

Mohawk, unless it is a big event   .....

Including trackside bar and betting booths and inside seating/multiple screen areas and in the stands and down by the track  ....   150 to 200.   There will be double that in the warmer weather.

I own horses and watch mine from home more often than I go to the track.

who cares how many come especially between october-april, once weather gets nicer and there are big events you can get a small crowd
all the sport should care about  is who is wagering and how much
i would rather the gamblers stay home and save gas and food money and bet  from home on their computer

I would think most tracks don't want to publish their attendance, and some embellish numbers by creative counting, LOL. If you're a casual fan, bettor, or just want to go out for an evening, etc., as we know, there are fewer and fewer of these people. If you are a pro and you want/need to be live, you won't find crowds, be bothered, etc. But if you simply want to bet, there is just no reason to go to the track.

Harrah's Philly/Chester has maybe 50 to 75 on a good day, in the winter its about 10 people, not counting the simulcast guys. Before covid they had "family fun day" on Sundays with prizes, games for kids, a magician, etc, and the place was packed. Now its tumbleweeds, no outrider, no snack bar. Plus starting buzzer has been broken for over six months.
Don't delay, Coggins today!
