Millman has been in the business for years and always and I say always had a small stable with mostly his own horses. Nothing spectacular but just average at best and lower condition racers.

Right now, he shows 9 racing and using the same drivers Wagner used. With more wins in 2 months than usually a year, So, I can believe your statement might have some merit. These are not the typical Millman horses racing lately and especially winning in 52. Thats what threw the red flag for me!

But if we see it, you know damn right well the puppets upstairs see it as well!

One or two of his horses were purchases from Canada, and there's no way Millman has the money to afford them.

Exactly! And we know Wagner uses a broker. DHRC used to make you show proof of where the funds come from to purchase a horse to race at Dover or Harrington. Not sure if they still enforce that or not? I know when i applied for an owner's license they wanted proof of a paper trail of funds for a horse purchase to be considered a Delaware Owner. But that was many years ago. But the way these guys are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars is ridiculous lately.

INTERESTING!  I suspected something going on at Dover.  Big red flag with horses that Porter has been driving.  He is not driving at Rosecroft and mostly drove for Wagner.  They need to get this guy and kick his ass out of racing PERMANENTLY.  He's a doping criminal creep!   Hopefully they catch on to it sooner than later!
