No casinos outside AC, but in NYC

Upstate, downstate, all over. Casinos are already up and down the borders of NJ and there will be more and closer. But, in NJ, with AC casinos being in-line to be in on any casinos outside AC, I guess simply because the people say no, it will never happen. LOL.
