.05 is legally impaired in most states.

.08 is legally intoxicated.

CDL licenses have even more stringent limits

I hope he gets thru this.  The demons these drivers fight from the lifestyle of money booze drugs and women. It will come and getcha everytime.

Doesn't explain driving around at 236.  How ugly did she have to be to need to drive away that drunk, that late?   ngc3
