This is possibly the worst jockey colony in the history of Santa Anita.  If you scan the entries today, all you see are horses coming from the cheap tracks up north and their riders as well.  Some real shitty racing for a place that a lot better is expected.

Yeah, Santa Anita is on a quick decline, just like the rest of the industry in general.  Not a pretty picture, to be sure.
