cAL EXPO
« on: January 18, 2025, 02:34:44 PM »
tHIS TRACK WAS A FAVORITE OF MINE and is no longer playable as speed is to strong and the late money is very sick all this for bigger pools and no chance to the gambler,,,,,,,,,, This to me is shocking as the guy who runs the track is a gambler who knows racing........

back in the late 90s--i would play CalExpo on Friday nights

there was a rivalry between Little Steven and Givemewhatineed--they would take turns beating each other and I did ok guessing who was going to win-and the exactas were not pounded like they are now

some races they started from posts 9 and 10 and the other 3 or 4 drew the inside--it didn't matter

Holy Vanlandingham.

The eastern and central timezones' fans' 'chance' to catch up after bad nights.

Today, not so much.

I loved Little Steven & remember him battling HI HO Silverheels. They both eventually raced at the Meadowlands.

  • Calhoun: Thx I'm leaning to the 5 there.  Those CD/GP full field races look the best on the page. 1/2 length from being a G3 winner.
