Never mind, the judge responsible for the case already did !!

haha  Sentenced with no penalty.   What a fucking waste of money for political purposes and he kicked the Dems asses anyway. 
Is every roadblock issue and ass wipe individual out of the way now, so that the Republicans can try to raise this country back up to  greatness under a Trump Administration.

The charges were state charges. They can not be pardoned by a president. Only federal charges can be pardoned by a president.
On appeal all these garbage counts will be erased.
