Side on the side of caution and cancel early.  Stupid to cancel after one race.  A lot of people lost a bunch of money for nothing!
I agree but it's always been this way fuck the Horsemen and the patrons. They saw the weather was deteriorating they should've canceled that morning but that would've taken a brain.

I feel like if races are canceled after a certain time of day or at least once the card has started, the night’s purses should be equally distributed to the horses that showed up and not put back in the purse account.

that’s a great idea but that would mean those in charge actually cared about the Horsemen.

The drivers, said no way, it's dangerous. They should have canceled before the first. FYI Gary Wolfe has been in the hospital, almost died.

This is why not declaring race 1 a no contest for betting purposes was ruthlessly unfair to gamblers

Was the track dangerous? Or was it just In The Way Andy Ray throwing the lines at one after brutalizing first 1/2

The Meadowlands needs a overhaul of it's officials.

And now we have heard from several of the worlds best race track maintenance people …

Isn't that what started MPs whole crusade debacle?

As I remember him running around like Koko the monkey, thinking his word meant something.

They would intentionally do it to get him all riled up.

Ray use to get the biggest kick out of it
It doesn't hold weight when you are only doing something out of spite, after being kicked out & having nowhere to go.

Just being a phony with a grudge (& no job), didn't seem to care for years.
Let go from the hate, free yourself.

I'm sure the nice (TAX PAYING) patrons of the city of Goshen are happy to see this fucking Mutt back roaming around town! My guess is he pissed away that pocket full of cash..... not one dime went to his family.
