Podres, Clement

Ozzy says, as a long time PJ, these two are mired in mediocrity. Rumor has it there's a cocaine connection that pays for their participation in the industry. It makes sense because they certainly are not surviving on their horsemen skills. It's sad that they linger at the bottom of a sport they obviously love.

Podres' father helped support him with some $$ early in his career.  He was MVP of the 1955 World Series.

  • Bitter Truth: That Golden Tempo , I'm afraid is  a money burner. Gets so far back. Was in range but just hung and raced even in the stretch. Didn't see a Derby winner in there in my opinion.

  • Trigger: I thought BT & I had a real good shot w/ a 110 4/5, wide but nice momentum, and then a sharp left turn mid stretch ended that  ngc3
