Meadowlands does not want to have put money into the pick 4 pools.
"We had no alternative to have 31 minutes between races 5 and 6, and again between races 9 and 10", said track Chief Operating Officer and General Manager Jason Settlemoir.  "We lose money every time we race and we simply cannot afford to put money into our pools to meet the guarantee.
