Click on "My Messages", if you send someone a message click the box - "Save a copy in my outbox" and that will remain in your "Sent" folder. No "Draft" feature but you could just send yourself what yo want to save like a book.

Yes ... Click Box labeled " Save a copy in my outbox" located above, and to the left, of the Send Message button.
