i am a bit confused parked you think the industry is on its death bed but the yearlings are going for so much money that you cant afford to buy them seems to me if the industry was on its deathbed the yearlings would be going down in price not upto be clear i am not debating some of your comments, we all know the unfortunate shit that goes on if you look closely there is actually a lot of new owners who have come in with lots of money in the last few years new training center built in ohio, new training center being built in kentucky etc the industry goes on in spite of itself
Walner brother to Maryland goes for $1mm. I hope for Andrew that he is just told what to buy and how high to go. Really tough to justify spending that on a colt. I would rather have 5 @ $200m or 10 @ $100k than one for a million
yup, clearly the industry is in shambles !!
