Another couple violations kicking and positive for too much Lasix in a Qua. New total to date 71. 42 Whipping or Kicking violation's and he gets a $200 fine and $250. Should be 10 times that amount minimum and suspension of license. He's NOT going to stop with monetary fines! OMG how laughable and embarrassment for the Delaware horsemen.

And people wonder why things are going south. Another fine example of the Delaware Harness Racing Commision and track judges at doing what they do best!

IT`S TIME TO HUNT, #3 in the 3rd qualifying race on 10/9/2024 at Harrington Raceway, has been found to have a positive test (Furosemide) testing over the allowable level (see DHRC rule: 8.3.3.3.2). IT`S TIME TO HUNT must requalify. All fines are due within 10 days of receipt of ruling.

Don't get me wrong Kicking not as bad especially since nowadays bikes sit back further. However, it's the continuous breaking the rule infraction that gets me.

How many times is enough of a violation to warrant deeper penalties?

Its time. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.  The guy doesn't drive very often. Sure top drivers may have multiple whipping fines but they drive in thousands upon thousands of races. Very curious what the stat is for his  % of whipping fines to his number of drives. Bar None, he would have the highest % by leaps and bounds.
