The directors are involved? So does this mean Mark Ford will come clean about Josh Marks and Buzzy? Travis Alexander and Mike? Nick Devita and Pete Simpson? All who were or are stabled at MFTC. Asking for a friend.
But "I'M" detrimental to the industry.

Some 1% trainer will get tarred and feathered, the other 50 beards rest easy, the useless TA will screw it up somehow

The USTA checking beards is like Karmel corn checking out the border and the results will be the same.

I hope everyone realizes that it’s just lip service, Why would the USTA want to stop horses being transfer @ 35$ from one beard to another. That would just hurt them.

Doubt this will ever happen. As long as there is money to be made and favoritism in the USTA and Horsemen Associations there will always be beards and shadow owners.

Under what authority does the USTA investigate ? Also, what will they do with the information if any is uncovered?

If $35 is a factor in this then the world of harness racing is in a major hurt.

They have no authority to hold hearings or penalize. And when they do use executive action against you the person in question cannot defend themselves. We call it bullshit. They know HISA is on the horizon.
But "I'M" detrimental to the industry.

I believe this was $ 35 years ago. Probably more now!  If anyone knows the actual amount, please post it here.
