If there's a group who has a race named in their honor, it's his job to escort them to the winner's circle with the trophy for the photo with the winner. His job is not to fraternize with the drivers even though he feels the need to do it. He tries to make himself more important than he really is. A chimpanzee could do his job for bananas.
