Vernon race caller

Anyone know who calls a race here and there at Vernon? Is this the same kid that does the handicapping show? First time I had a chance to listen and watch a race that he called. He's pretty good.

Yes, his name is Ryan Harrington- he does a good job. His dad has the wheel repair shop at Vernon.
