Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown resigns to become new CEO and Pres Western Regional OTB effective Oct 5...a three year contract

Does this help Buff/Batavia racing in anyway?

Does he know the difference between a thoroughbred and a standardbred?

Does he have a vocabulary of what an exacta, trifecta, superficial, etc. are?
