Does this help Buff/Batavia racing in anyway?

Look at the plight of Buffalo New York because of political patronage and look how he got this gig!!

Does he know the difference between a thoroughbred and a standardbred?

Does he have a vocabulary of what an exacta, trifecta, superficial, etc. are?
