There was a thread on plop about a month ago about the as I call them the " Bongiorno Crime Family " and he was sticking up for them then. I tried to warn Arnold that he would get roasted for sticking up for them.. as he should be. I guess he didn't listen  LOL. Bunch of cheats ,losers and drug abusers for decades. Sometimes there is no justice in the world. If you lie ,cheat and  abuse poor animals you get rewarded, if you live life the right way , by the book you get shit on. Just to clarify, I know what I read and was told by an attorney who represents one of the creditors. He didn't disclose anything that wasn't in the court records/filings, and that is all public information. It's simply shop talk. Bob has been around since he was very young, and his history as a trainer is well known and is also public information. His business dealings as well, for the most part because of his BK. I know him of course because he's been around for decades. I never had any first hand dealings with him, nor did I do business with him, etc. However, you didn't have to in order to arrive at some simple conclusions----and that comes simply from reading the court records/filings.

Look at the Madoff BK and even more recently look at the Rudy Giuliani BK. How someone behaves, how they conduct themselves, how they make decisions, who they want and try to pay, and who they want to and try to beat----you can draw your own conclusions from all of that. When you try to pay back a "questionable" and perhaps not "real" loan to a family member, or an invoice issued by a family member, instead of paying back a legitimate creditor and try to have that legitimate debt discharged----again, you can draw your own conclusions from all of that.
