Charlie May
« on: August 30, 2024, 10:31:32 PM »
He is about to race in an 85000 ohio sires stakes final for aged horses and geldings. A race he should win. Noble gets the drive tonight as opposed to Brett Miller again. 0 for 10 for the year. Looks like Carter is sick of losing with him and kicked Brett off of him. I don't necessarily agree with that but lets see what happens.

Yes I knew noble drove him in Greenville and I know that Bartlett drove him at the Meadowlands earlier this year but Brett has driven that horse pretty much his entire carrer even in the Meadowlands Pace when he got D Q'd which he shouldn't have. But Brett was at Scioto tonight.. Hell he just won the previous race

Brett chose not to go to Greenville and to stay at Scioto that night.  Noble drove him and Tiger left him on.  To say Carter threw him off the drive is not true and besides Tiger is the one who chooses the drive with Charlie.

Not the greatest of fields Bitter.. 2/1 was a gift The field is tougher when he races at the open there.. I should of bet him hard.. He is a nice horse.. always tries and can sometime surprise against the top of the aged ranks.. I remember when he raced at Delaware as a 3 year old .He won easy and his time was just as quick as the jug races He wasn't LBJ eligible

That's a real shocker that the owner has a little say in who drives his horse.. LOL Listen Unstable I dont want to get in a pissing match.. I just was making an observation. Lets see who drives him his next start.

He was not at Scioto he was at Northfield driving Virgils trotter 100k race that he won easy.
