Not surprised. If it was someone with a clean record racing there, that would be news...

He will never race with another horse in his name. I guess if Ian Kaufman can be a groom, Bob should be able to.

I'm glad Jen "retired" as a trainer. It's so obvious her horses were totally juiced to the gills and her brothers driving is dangerous to say the least. There have been a lot of accidents this year and I'm shocked he hasn't caused one yet this year.

No comment on her being 'retired' as a trainer.

As far Joe B. as a dangerous driver--absolutely!  Last year he played 'bumper cars' with a field at Yonkers "see-sawing' on his horse during a race!

This why I can't believe they were not arrested. How did no one turn the cheats in?

Isn’t it amazing how a few trainers when at the top of their game,  are suddenly retiring ?.

My first thought was, with Jen "retiring" from training, that's one less business entity for him to put money through. I don't know the status of his BK, but when a Federal trustee is on the case, sometimes you can have trouble buying a postage stamp, LOL. Living your life, and making a living in the shadows can become very difficult for some.....especial ly those who are not the brightest bulb in the batch, those who think they are smarter than people who are actually much smarter than them, and those who are trying to put one over on a Federal trustee. Just look at Rudy.
