It will be an excuse for his babbling but not going to step down.   None of the Dems want the VP to step up.  A lot of rules concerning all the election contributions.  I think if he is removed from office or dies the $$$ remain but if he resigns or takes himself off the ticket the $$$ have to be returned.  Correct me if I’m wrong ..

2 to 4 weeks ago Obama n pelosi backed Biden like he was amazing...now they shifted gears a ton. Did pelosi step down or just finish term. All jews ny Democrat etc are bailing on Biden
