When you leave horses with someone and don't pay while those people are paying out of pocket and not answering their calls it's abandonment. And no matter how you paint the picture or justify does not change the facts. Worse is don't take advantage of young kids trying to do some good. Until I called it out he was ignoring this. He's not happy I went public. Well too bad, had I not gotten a call nothing would have changed.

They have no leverage with a guy who can't race. Even with a judgement what would they get. So best is when the time comes if it isn't resolved file a report with law enforcement that the animals were abandoned by the registered owner.

I’m intrigued by Peck’s story.  Was his fall from the upper tier of harness racing due to his ego, mental health issues, or a combination.  So many off Peck stories out there.  He seems to linger on the fringe of the business.

Off the rails. Spoke to him yesterday and he tried to control the conversation. Yeah that worked. After I saw what he did to Marcus that's all I needed. He could have hurt a lot of people and animals with that show.

I didn't see any video, however, if one got pulled, don't think it might have been because of a warning. The last thing a nobody with no money, no stature, and no standing wants is to get a warning letter from an attorney. Even after that on the last thing list is a lawsuit. I could certainly see a pulled video because of a warning or threat.
