I believe the Delaware stock shipping in is a little bit higher quality than the stock currently racing at Ocean and Rosecroft.  At least the local drivers are getting to drive the ship-ins.

Race secretary could always write then out if need be if it was a concern. But like every track they need the horses going 4 days a week.
