Not much of a driving colony at tioga!
No horsepower or bad driving?

Quarter of the horses are cheap and lame. Another quarter of the horses are decent but not injected with drugs, the other half of horses win most of the time. These ones are all trained by well known trainers who are no strangers to getting positives every meet. Clouser, Nappo, Russo, Sam smith, bratt, Giuliani, McDonough and a couple more lowlifes. Every once in awhile a honest trainer / driver wins a race. Maybe Chindano using also, just hasn’t got nailed yet.

If Morril was @ Buffalo full time he would crush, but he’s not so Joe is heads n tails above the rest there. Really just a bunch of guys who can’t survive anywhere but there. From what I’ve heard management keeps coming up with rules to try and slow him down but doesn’t seem to effect him.

At least he’ll drive more aggressively if given the chance. If he gets fined/suspended, so be it!

Chindano picks up a horse that he doesnt train bettor than anyone there, including morrill. Why? Hes young and hungry. Morrill has millions and really doesnt a give a F anymore. Id rather have Joe on my horse, hes always trying. The horses he trains do great in Western New York. Take a look at a pacer Idealthecards. Nobody got along better with that horse than Chindano and the Mclorrys are honest hardworking people.

And the scary part is they make a decent living there.  Shorter meet than Batavia for more purse money and better barn areas, but the track surface is the worst in harness racing today!

I'm speaking of him personally.
There are much worse announcers out there, but we all have our preferences.
Good luck this weekend
